By operators, for operators
We’ve built digital-health companies. We know the work required to do it right—and we believe there should be a better way to show that.
Why we’re doing this
We have spent years building and scaling in digital health. We know what responsible care requires, from clinical decisions to the systems that support patients. We also know how frustrating the existing certification framework can be: unexpected requests for expediting fees, tedious applications across manual files, and unclear criteria. All for a badge that feels like its only use is to “check the box.” We believe digital health operators deserve a process that understands the nuance of digital health, and a certification that actually means something.
A credential should give people a clear reason to trust a business. It should review the things they actually care about, make clear what standards apply and why, and confirm whether a business continues to meet them after the initial application. As technology evolves and innovation in the space continues, the standard has to evolve with it. Peptides are a great example. The space is growing and there is explosive consumer demand. Digital health needs a certification process that can keep up with its pace.
We started Sentinel because a better system should exist. It’s something we have believed since the early days of Thirty Madison, and we’re now in a position to do something about it. Our mission is to be a signal of trust and quality respected across the industry. We are excited for what is to come and look forward to partnering with you!
